A new pilot project targeting youth from vulnerable groups in Kosovo to start soon seeks to enhance their integration into the labor market.

The project “Coaching for Employment and Entrepreneurship” for Kosovo youth is a collaboration between the Kosovo Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (MLSW) and Swisscontact. On 30 March 2017, MLSW General Secretary Izedin Bytyqi signed the Memorandum of Cooperation with Sigrid Meijer from PPSE in Kosovo and Kleidor Rrustemi from C4EE in Albania.

This Memorandum brings the project and the public employment offices in Kosovo together to design the full package at the capacity building level and determine the approach to be used. The participants aimed as target to enroll in the ensuing coaching cycles will be youth aged 18 – 30 years old, defined as vulnerable.
