Seven wood processing companies from Kosovo exhibited their broad range of furniture and other wooden interior elements and solutions at Switzerland’s biggest furniture and construction fair Swissbau, which took place from 16-20 January 2018.

These companies Elnor, Shehu, Binni, Greenhouse, Koba, Graniti, and Lesna consider participation at Swissbau a strategic move, as it opens up opportunities to enter into the Swiss market and beyond. Already, they report significant contacts with architects, construction companies or individual clients that hold potential to become business partnerships.

In addition to design and quality, Kosovar producers are also distinguished by an excellent price-performance ratio.

The participation of these companies at the fair was supported by the Kosovo Investment Enterprise Support Agency (KIESA), SDC through the project Promoting Private Sector Employment, and USAID in partnership with the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA). The Association of Wood Processors of Kosovo coordinates the support.
