On 22 December 2016, the Kosovo Alternative Tourism Association (KATA) brought several tourism enterprises, who will exhibit at the upcoming EMITT Istanbul Fair in January 2017, to begin preparations for the fair.

KATA will be in charge of arrangements for the Kosovo booth at the fair. Baki Hoti, President of KATA, facilitated a discussion with meeting members about the booth design, development of promotional materials, to ensure a consistent representation of Kosovo tourism industry. This sector will be represented at the EMITT Istanbul Fair by: VAS Tour, Veneta Travel, Efesus, Fibula, Eurokoha and other KATA members.
