“Lobby Boy” is a newly-introduced smart online platform that from now on will ehnance the efficiency of accomodation and other guest services management in Kosovo. This platform supports accomodation entities throughout the country to enhance their planning, booking management, and customer relations too by automatically synchronizing bookings from all sources. This is expected to have a positive impact on the online presence of Kosovo accomodation entities too, as one way of attracting more tourists to the country.
