To mark International Women’s Day, TEB Bank organized a networking event for women entrepreneurs in Kosovo to further empower their participation in the economic development of the country.

Kosovo Minister of Trade and Industry Hykmete Bajrami, one of the panelists at the event, addressed the audience with the message that women should be more proactive and use all opportunities available to them to improve their situation and grow their business ideas.

“Our goal is to create more employment for women. Together with our partners here we seek to do that by lowering existing barriers and tackling bottlenecks such as property rights or lack of childcare facilities," said Sigrid Meijer, PPSE Swisscontact Manager in Kosovo.
