The Promoting Private Sector Employment project signed a partnership agreement with G-Plus d.o.o., a plastic waste collecting and processing company that will support some 30 Roma families continue with income generation activities.

Investing in a new pressing machine for PET bottles and other recyclable waste plastic will enable G-Plus d.o.o., a waste plastic collecting and recycling company in Gračanica/Graçanicë to not only improve processing capacities but also create seven new jobs within the facilities and ensure continuous income generating activity of some 30 individual collectors from the Roma community in the nearby area. This investment is supported by PPSE as part of its income generation activities for vulnerable groups that are channeled through the Social Inclusion Fund. Apart from acquiring a new pressing machine, the company will also invest in increasing capacities of individual pickers on safety measures, and provide them with proper working equipment.
